R and R takes on a whole new meaning at CFSF, and it's certainly NOT Rest, and Relaxation. More like Run, and Row. At least there weren't any Burpees in the middle this time...

Great job everybody. Super fast finishes John, and Juan! I heard a few people threw in some Burpees on the back end of the wod just for old times sake. Brutal.

'R+R' (with 21 Burpees in the middle) was one of our "go to" workouts when CFSF first opened. What's funny is now 'R+R' is one of our warm-ups. Our warm-up is your workout counts for us too? Yes. Better than yesterday.
