Another really cool part of CrossFit is you can take one of the benchmark workouts, like Diane, add Box jumps and create an entirely different feel. While not quite a mash, that's exactly what happened to us with 'Diane jumps', and she was a good one. Thanks CFHQ!

Great workout everyone. Word on the street was that the round of 15 was brutal. Good job maintaining!

One of the CrossFit questions we hear frequently is why do you call your exercise circuits "rounds"? The CrossFit mentality is to attack the workout as if it were an actual boxing match, and we are in a fight that we must win. Circuits are Rounds in that fight.

Another is why the 'girl' names? Well you don't remember that storm that hit New Orleans a while back, but you'll NEVER forget hurricane 'Katrina'. Same with 'Fran'. An unforgettable hurricane of devastating potential. Association.

Good job with this mutant workout. Remember that skinned shins are super sexy, more importantly, a badge of honor. It doesn't  matter if you don't know. Train hard, play easy. Everything benefits.

Thanks to Eric, and Sharon!

Thanks for another great day at CFSF.

On time, on target, NEVER quit.
