Another few twists on an existing benchmark workout not only increased the difficulty level, but the volume by a cool 100%. Hard 'Jackie', twice. Another really interesting workout. Thanks CFHQ.

Great workout, and prioritization on a nice Saturday morning Tripp! It's hard to go it alone, especially when the wod is a mutant- good job hanging tough, even when given the opportunity to stop after the first round. That's the no quit attitude we love at CFSF.
