This workout might be one of the all time favorites at CFSF, usually part of the warm up, the R+R consumes copious amounts of fuel. Thanks for your patience if you had to wait to row. We have a new C2 ordered, and it should be on the sleigh with the other toys.

400 meter run

Great job everyone. Super fast times Todd, and Richard. Good job puppies. Getting used to INTENSITY.

When we did the R+R workout, we added stuff in between the rounds just for fun. How about doing 21, 15, 9  burpee's between rounds? That was a blast.
