Someone asked, "Why 18 minutes? Why not 20, or 15?" As it turned out, 18 minutes was the perfect time cap for this workout. The CrossFit Games Open 12.3 combined three great exercises that left us drippy and nauseated. A total blast. Thanks CFHQ!

Great workout Teresa. At prescription! Hooyah! Patricia killed this session, hung it up on the wall and took shots at it. Outstanding job. Nice job Cody as well- solid round totals in just over half the session time! Also great to see the Iceberg back. We have missed the tunes.

The puppies are still doing great. Thanks again for your hard work. Just remember... FORM, CONSISTENCY, then INTENSITY. A perfectly balanced equation.
