This was another high volume workout that landed most on floorlock upon completion. Shoulders and calves got smoked quickly. Another super fun session. Thanks CFHQ!

25 handstand push-ups
50 toes to bar
800 meter run
75 pound push press, 75 reps
150 double-unders (*3:1 singles)

Eric- * 18:37
Scott- * 22:44
Tammy- 45 * 22:38
Richard- * 20:39
Teresa- 55 * 23:59
Casey- Rx 24:48
Andrew- * 28:11
T- * 23:13
Candice- (1/2) 45 * 14:10
Cody- (1/2) * 12:48

Great session everyone. Only one person got the doubles- Outstanding Madman! If you do not like doubles, you're not alone. However, by embracing the suck, they become more manageable. Don't wish it was easier, wish you were better.

  1. It's all about rhythm and wrist speed. Wrist position helps too. If you move your forearms and hands slightly in front of you it helps to compensate for the extra revolution you're going for. Work on adding a double while you're doing singles. Single - single - single - double. This will help with the rhythm you're looking for. When you get comfortable with that, start trying back-to-back doubles during the singles. And remember, it's all in the wrist! Keep the speed there instead of the elbows or shoulders.
