We used to see 'Michael' a lot more than we do now. We also have a larger skill set than we did then. All and all, it was good to see him again.

Good workout everyone. Nice time drop Teresa. Over 2:00 minutes. Hooyah! Way to hang tough Holley! Good job everyone on Sunday afternoon prioritization. For some, this was the most running since the Tough Mudder... Felt good to get back, huh?

'Michael' is a deceivingly difficult session, the motivation to keep going brings good fuel with it, but this workout stretches out. Good job everyone on getting some good fuel flowing. We all needed it.
