A little diddy about Jack and Diane, two American kids doing the best they can. Jack was gonna be a rock 'n roll star until Diane killed him in the back of his car.

Good job everybody. Nice Handstands, and Deads. Most are getting comfortable upside down. If you're not, get some inversion time. Remember hollow positioning.

Monday is a rest day. Open gym 5:15-6:15 for a missed wod, or mobility, or to just haze the FNG's. OK- just kidding. No hazing.

Use your extra time wisely. Do something that feels good and helps you recover.
