Great job everyone. Way to hang tight through a heavy volume session. That's a lot of Airsquats, at any scale.  Did you stay locked on?

Good job on the Rope climbs. Everybody has learned the brake, and both climbing styles. Next time there are Rope climbs in the wod, you guys are climbing!

Nice work also on the Ring dips. Dips are difficult enough, throw in multi-planar movement and we're grooving. We took Bar dips, Paralette dips, and a few negatives. Everything counts.

The donations have started rolling in for the new C2. We'd like to have everything ready to go by 140403.
