This workout is named in honor of  U.S. Marine Corp First Lieutenant James Zimmerman, assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force who was killed on November 2, 2010 in the Helmand province, Afghanistan.
