There is no better motivation to work hard than a hero workout. We worked hard, those runs stretched out. Good job everyone, and thanks CFHQ for a monster workout!

There were some fast finishes, and there were some that bordered on cruel and unusual punishment. Either way, THANKS for the super strong efforts and fuel required to finish this.

'RJ' was a fitting finish to a pretty tough training cycle. Tuesday is a well deserved rest day. Use your extra time wisely and do something that feels good and helps you recover.

Open gym 5:15-6:15. Drop in for skills. or a missed wod, mobility-flexibility, or because there's nowhere you'd rather be than CFSF. We understand.

This workout is named in honor of Veteran LAPD officer and United States Marine Corps Reservist Sergeant Major Robert J. Cottle, who was killed in Afghanistan March 24, 2010.

Thanks for choosing CFSF.

Enjoy.
