Strength was a welcomed sight, and there were some monster lifts. We cashed out with a max set of Presses at 95/65 just for kicks. Good stuff.

We talked about efficiency, and went over a few cues talking about what we needed to see and what we needed to avoid. Good job hitting ALL those targets.

It's on. April 5, 5:00 pm, downtown Anniston. CFSF has been invited to a throw down between all the local CrossFit boxes. We have room for 6-8 people on our team, and we need you to sign up soon. Here's the workout:

1k run
10 Snatches, 95/65
20 Box jumps, 24"/20"
30 Hand release push-ups
1k run
100 meter Farmer's carry, 53/44

This competition will be held on the Criterion race stage, and looks like a super fun, and fast workout. Even if you aren't competing, please come out and support Team CFSF.

Team members will be rewarded. Competition winners will receive $50.00, and three months dues at CFSF.

We're going to have a good time.
