Great runs guys and gals. Super fast finish Paul Moore! That may be a CFSF record.

A 5k run is the upper limit of what we can do well without even training for it. If you want to run any further than a 5k you'll have to train for it by running. What's our specialty? That's right. We don't specialize.

Another beautiful part of CrossFit is that we are pretty good at many tasks, not very good at any one task. We train across broad domains, and are ready for just about anything. Remember GPP?

We haven't talked about POSE running lately; here's a great article to check out:

Good job CFSF anaerobs. You'll get your day soon enough. Standby.
